Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access and no card required.
• Creator, Pro and Studio are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices shown exclude tax unless stated; applicable tax is added at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a charge looks wrong, contact us and we will review it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

You own the brands, deals, documents and notes you add. You grant us only the permission needed to host, back up, display and process that content so the service works for you — including sending files you upload to our AI provider for extraction when you request it. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models.

• Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to store.
• Do not attempt to access other users' workspaces or bypass security controls.
• Do not resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written permission.
• Do not overload, scrape or reverse engineer the platform.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and factors outside our control can cause downtime. Keep your own copies of anything critical — the Export page lets you download your data at any time.

Brand Deal Studio is an organisational tool. Figures, totals and reminders it displays are for your own tracking and are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You remain responsible for your contracts, invoices and tax filings.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, and will give notice where we can.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost deals or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material updates will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
