Privacy Policy

Brand Deal Studio ("we", "us") provides a web application for creators to organise brand partnerships, pitches, deliverables, payments and documents. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

• Account data — the email address and password (stored hashed) you use to sign in, or the basic profile returned by Google if you sign in with Google.
• Workspace content — the brands, contacts, deals, payment amounts, product values, notes, messages, follow-ups, calendar dates and files you add to your workspace.
• Billing data — your plan, subscription status and billing history. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and basic log data used to keep the service secure and available.

• To provide the workspace: storing and displaying your brands, deals and documents.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To process subscription payments and send billing receipts.
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To diagnose errors, prevent abuse and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and with your consent where required (for example, optional analytics cookies).

We rely on a small number of processors who handle data on our behalf under contract:

• Cloud hosting and database — stores your account and workspace content.
• Payment processing — handles checkout, subscriptions, tax and invoices.
• AI document extraction — when you upload a document for extraction, the file's contents are sent to our AI provider solely to return structured deal data. It is not used to train third-party models.
• Email delivery — sends account and transactional emails.

Your workspace is protected by row-level security so that only your account can read or write your records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted, and passwords are never stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We keep your workspace content for as long as your account is active. If you delete an item it is removed from your workspace; if you delete your account, your content is deleted within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — fix inaccurate information, directly in the app or by contacting us.
• Deletion — delete individual records or your entire account.
• Portability — export your data from the Export page at any time.
• Objection and restriction — ask us to stop or limit certain processing.
• Withdraw consent — change your cookie choices at any time from the Cookie Policy page.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@branddeals.studio. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Brand Deal Studio is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
